The session is set to calming background music in a relaxed, light hearted atmosphere and is designed to make your body feel more mobilised and flexible – particularly in the areas of your back muscles and shoulders(the areas which store a lot of tension.) The moves are set at a controlled tempo in standing, seated and lying down flat positions with a lot of focus on deep breathing to soothe your mind and leave you in a relaxed state.
